Located in a corporate precinct in the central business district of Sandton, we were approached to be part of a team of professionals tasked with giving the client a new home. Previously occupied by a different tenant, the brief included designing a repurposed façade look and feel in keeping with the same floor layouts. The design responds to the local context with international office design trends
