Located in a luxurious lifestyle Estate, the client’s brief was to design a prototype layout of 3 different houses ranging from a small, medium to large floor area with a similar design and layout. The client is a developer who owns 20 stands in the estate that boasts 110 stands. The architectural language is one that is guided by regulations to fit into the estate’s natural setting. The design responds to the local vernacular, offering a South African contemporary style with simple forms and contemporary interiors.
