Bloubergstrand Beach Residence
Situated in a scenic hilltop location in Bloubergstrand, Cape Town, the house is part of a cluster development with panoramic views of Green Point Stadium and the ocean. Due to strict development regulations, only minimal changes were permitted to the existing structure. Our client requested additional rooms, modernized interiors, and improvements to the exterior, particularly the street-facing façade and interface.
