Our client was a developer who tasked us with designing 3 different houses with a similar layout and design, ranging in size from small to large floor areas. The architectural language was carefully guided by estate regulations to ensure a natural fit with the surroundings. Our South African contemporary style is reflected in the clean lines and contemporary interiors, offering a seamless transition from indoors to outdoors.
